Management Team

David Wagacha 

David is the Director for TeamMate Consulting in East and West Africa. He has over 15 years experience (11 years in TeamMate mplementations). He is an  IT Professional, and has strong client orientation with the ability to identify client’s needs and provide appropriate solutions. Specifically, he has trained and provided technical support to various institutions in Africa, Middle East, Asia and Europe. He holds a Bsc(Computer Science), CPA(K), CISA and CISM. 

Naomi is the Senior Manager for TeamMate Consulting in East and West Africa .She is an  IT Professional, and has strong client orientation with the ability to identify client’s needs and provide appropriate solutions. Specifically, she has trained and provided technical support to various institutions in Africa, Middle East, Asia and Europe. She holds a Bsc(Computer Networking).

Kevina Nyambura

Kevina is the Human Resource Lead for TeamMate Training & Services in East and West Africa. She has over 10 years experience. Specifically, she facilitates attracting qualified individuals who demonstrate ASC values to join the execellent team at ASC.

She holds a Masters degree in Human Resource.

Our training team are responsible for:

 

  • Training  clients on the use of the software.

  • Evaluating the participants after every            training. 

  • Issuing participants with CPE certificates    recognised globally IIA, ISACA and other  professional bodies.

 

Technical Team

Our support team are responsible for:

 

  • Installation and implementation of TeamMate Servers.

  • Actual implementation of the software.

  • Customisation of the system based on the audit approach/methodology of the client.

  • Providing technical support to clients by troubleshooting and sorting out day-to-day issues.

 

Administration Team

Our Admin team are responsible for:

 

  • Client management - communication to and liaising with clients and colleagues to provide customer excellence and maintain strong client relations.

  • Management of day-to-day Office Activities.

  • Providing support to the training, technical support and managerial teams.
